In-app purchase

When the premium license is purchased directly from the app, activation is immediate.

If activation does not happen automatically after payment, the license key is sent by email to the address provided during checkout. The user can then activate it using the Restore button by entering the purchase email, then pasting the key into the dedicated field with the Paste button.

The user expressly agrees to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the regulations applicable to digital content supplied without delay.

Purchase via the website

When the license is purchased via the website, activation requires manual entry of the license key in the app.

The right of withdrawal may apply as long as the license has not been activated.

Once the license is activated in the app, the user acknowledges that the service has started being performed and waives their right of withdrawal.

Technical incidents

If payment is confirmed but the license is not activated or remains unusable for technical reasons, a request can be sent to support@minifollow.app.

To allow verification, the user may be asked to provide elements such as: purchase email, order ID, license key, or device identifier.

After verification, an exceptional refund may be granted if the incident is confirmed.
